The secret is in the comfrey infused oil. I make it myself from my own comfrey plants and organic extra virgin olive oil. This is the same oil I use in my herbal healing salve that I make every summer. Like my salves, this is a light balm, with just enough wax to keep it in the tube. It melts to the heat of your lips just enough to spread it on, without any waxy drag.
